Everman Shop specializes in men’s apparel, including but not limited to T-shirts, sweatshirts, underwear, polo shirts, and hoodies.
Our online store is available to customers located in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Romania, and Bulgaria.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  2. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  3. The purchase contract is concluded when you receive a shipment confirmation from us.

  4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect prices, or stock unavailability.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT according to Slovak law.

  3. The final purchase price, including delivery costs, will be shown before confirming the order.

  4. In case of currency conversion, your bank may charge additional fees — we are not responsible for such charges.

6. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

  1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

  2. To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@evermanshop.com within the 14-day period.

  3. Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

7. Product Information and Availability

  1. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate.

  2. However, minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.

  3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

8. Warranty and Liability

  1. Products are covered by a 24-month warranty in accordance with Slovak and EU consumer law.

  2. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

  3. Our liability for damages shall be limited to the value of the purchased goods, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
