1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evermanshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Labels and tags must still be attached.

Items must be free of odors, stains, or wear.
We cannot accept returns for:

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please use a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refunds
